Journal of Philanthropy and Islamic Economics (JPIE), a leading national and international journal, provides a forum for publishing quality research in the JPIE. JPIE is published by Litera Inti Aksara. It is published two times a year: in April and October. JPIE accepts articles that use quantitative and qualitative approaches. It uses English and Indonesian manuscripts.
All styles of research, theoretical and empirical, case studies, practice-based papers and research notes that are well written and falling within the journal's scope, are generally welcomed by the journal.
JPIE aims to make a significant contribution to the advancement of philanthropy and Islamic economics knowledge based on Islamic teaching and to have a positive impact on the welfare of people around the world. JPIE welcomes pioneering contributions from economists, practitioners, and scientific experts in Islamic economics at Islamic Institutions.
This Journal focus on Islamic Philanthropy as well the scope covering: theory and practice of Islamic philanthropy or philanthropy (economic, finance, society, public, monetery) and islamic economics.
